Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers who wish to modify or cancel an order should contact service@vvuiob.com as soon as possible.

We recommend submitting requests within 12 hours of purchase whenever reasonably possible.

Although we will attempt to accommodate eligible requests, modifications and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment preparation begins.

A successfully canceled order will be refunded as applicable.

No separate cancellation fee is charged merely for requesting an eligible cancellation.

Returns & Refunds
